Terms and Conditions of Membership
Data Protection Act
I understand and consent that the data supplied will be held on the European University Alliance [EUA] computer system and will be used only to assist EUA to manage the membership. No data will be supplied to third parties without prior written consent of the member.
Duration of Membership
The membership period is 12 months. Should a Member decide to terminate Membership within the 12 month period, then they remain liable for the full annual fee. No refunds can be given and Membership is non- transferable.
30 days from date of invoice.
EUA communicates with its Members by email, post and telephone. Members can opt in/out of communications via the EU-UniAlliance mailing list at any time. EUA will never share member details with third parties unless by prior written consent of the member.
Termination of Membership
EUA reserves the absolute right to terminate the membership of any member where it is reasonably considered that continued membership is not in the interest of EUA or its members.
European University Alliance Logo
Members are permitted the use of the logo on institutional websites, personal email signatures and materials. The logo cannot be altered. If Membership comes to an end the ex-member must destroy all stationery displaying a European University Alliance logo.
EUA shall have no liability for any losses suffered by a member as a result of advice given or services provided by a fellow member.
